REFUND POLICY
INTRODUCTION
1. Platinum99.Live (“the Company”) is located at Unit 3, 32 Tuckey Street, Mandurah
6210, Australia with its website at ‘www.platinum99.live’ (“the Website”).
GENERAL
2. If you are not entirely satisfied with the services as the case may be, we are here to
help.
REFUNDS
3. We provide a 3-Day Trial period soon after which you will be debited a monthly fee.
There will be no refunds. You may choose to cancel the service. Your service will be
cancelled at the end of your subscription period.
4. We do honour the following request for refund if the issues are from our end in
providing your services such as:-
a. Constant Streaming issues
b. Irreparable defects – grave difficulties with our website services i.e.
unexpected errors; etc…
Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis with the Company reserving full discretion to
make the determination whether a refund is appropriate.
